I grew up in the beautiful state of Oregon and after leaving that most beautiful state almost 30 years ago, I now reside in Arizona. My appreciation for the beauty of nature comes from years of spending time outdoors with my family as a child, followed by decades of traveling the world while living in some exotic places. What I discovered about myself in my travels is that no matter where I was, I was able to appreciate the natural beauty even in places where that may have been hard for most to visualize. I see my work as a duty to share the scenes I encounter with those who may never visit, nor consider their esthetics. This is my homage to the eye and senses; finding beauty in the wonted and the ethereal in the sublime.
